NEW HOTEL ON THE RAMBLA DE CATALUNYA

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

In September 2016, an agreement was signed on the renovation of a building located at No. 84, Rambla de Catalonia, to create a hotel with a licence for 53 rooms.
Think Big Capital provided guidance to an important Hotels Group throughout the acquisition of their first hotel in the capital of Catalonia.
The project created 53 rooms in the prime real estate heart of Barcelona in a supremely elegant stately building.
The success of the project owed much to the efforts of Think Big Capital in preparing and obtaining the licence for the works to construct the hotel, as well as the advice provided on the acquisition of the building by the Hotels Group.
